My name's Jamie, and I'm a qualified Sports Therapist and Student Osteopath based in Whitchurch, Hampshire. I have 4 years experience and have worked at a variety of clinics in Basingstoke, Andover & London. As an MSK practitioner, I specialise in MSK pain and disorders, injury rehabilitation, manual therapy and strength training. I also have an area of special interest in combat sport/grappling/BJJ injuries. 

I have worked with and been mentored by some of the best clinicians, physiotherapists and osteopaths in their field, including Debra Bakowska, Barry Jacobs, Aaron Caseley, Andrew Lock, Stuart McGill. 

I offer services including Musculoskeletal Treatment, Sports Massage, Medical Acupuncture, Injury Rehabilitation, IASTM and Myofascial Cupping. I am also a qualified Strength & Conditioning coach. I am fully DBS checked, First Aid certified and an accredited member of the FHT governing body.

FAQ's

Q. I don’t play sports, can I still get a sports massage?

A. Yes, of course, sports massage is great for general health and recovery from day to day aches and pains.

Q. Does treatment hurt?

A. Not always, but depending on your injury/dysfunction, it can be uncomfortable. 

Q. What should I wear to my appointment?

A. Anything you feel comfortable in. You may be asked to remove some clothing if necessary.

Q. How many sessions will I need?

A. It could be as little as one session, but depending on what we find during our initial consultation, we will agree a treatment plan if needed.

Q. Why do I need an assessment?

A. Without a thorough assessment, your treatment outcomes could be compromised. Not only is it a legal requirement but is paramount to your healthcare.
